@xfinitymobile Xfinity Comcast ventures are most likely done on the cheap and they use us as beta testers. 24 hrs time spent for what was a bad sim I'm old, but tech savvy since 82. Garbage phone. Screwed by Xfinity on TDay, the only cell in the house. Oh boy!

Microsoft issued an update yesterday that broke WORD and it wouldn’t open, spent hours working with Microsoft on that. ugghhhhh Today, xFinity is working on outside lines that effect internet will be down ALL day they said. So…..out of my control. 2 of 3
