In the afternoon, the couple enjoyed lunch at the Queens Grill restaurant, before he purchased a red bow tie for the evening's festivities.

That evening, Gregg and Anna celebrated their eighth wedding anniversary with a romantic dinner at Sir Samuel's Steak Restaurant, before heading to back to their cabin together.

Cunard has been operating for 184 years and is one of the world's most historic cruise lines. All its ships are named after former British monarchs, with Queen Mary 2, Queen Elizabeth and Queen Victoria already in service.

And the 14-deck, 3,000-passenger Queen Anne is the line's first new ship in 14 years.

Queen Anne oozes with understated opulence and the film begins in front of its iconic funnel before exploring the two main pools (one has a retractable glass roof) as well as its promenade deck and classic deck games.

There's quoits, a putting green and a state-of-the-art pickleball court, a nod to the fact that this is currently the fastest-growing sport in the UK, as well as the U.S.

The ship's Grand Lobby, which harks back to the golden age of cruising with its Art Deco design and elegant, sweeping staircases.

The lobby has a new design concept called the 'Cabinet of Curiosities', which has a display of collector's items and artefacts, including replica royal rings and tiaras.

And Queen Anne has lots of other classy, traditional touches, from the red uniforms worn by its bellhops to its drawing room and library.

Michel Roux, who owned the two-Michelin-starred restaurant Le Gavroche in London, has developed an exclusive gala menu for the Queens Grill restaurant and a new menu for Queen Anne's pub, the Golden Lion.

Queen Anne also has four new-concept dining experiences – Aji Wa for Japanese cuisine, India-inspired Aranya, steakhouse Sir Samuel's, and Tramonto, which features Mediterranean food.

Guests will also have exclusive use of dining 'appropriate to their stateroom type', from the 'grand, two-tiered' Britannia restaurant to the 'opulent settings' of Princess Grill and Queens Grill dining.

Those staying in a Princess Grill Suite are invited to dine at the Princess Grill restaurant, and those staying in Queens Grill Suites are welcomed at the Queens Grill restaurant, Cunard explained.

Guests can also enjoy 'impressive sea views' from the Panorama Pool Club – which features a central pool and whirlpools - and play paddle tennis and practice their putting at the Sky Bar and Observation Deck.

The venue line-up is further bolstered by The Pavilion – 'a clever space' featuring a swimming pool as well as a central stage and large LED screen for open-air theatre

Cabana, meanwhile, is 'a laid-back leisure bar featuring a selection of vibrant, rum-based co*cktails'.

Other venues include the Commodore Club – a signature martini bar – Room 1840, a casino venue where guests can enjoy 'Monte Carlo glamour', and the Royal Court Theatre – a 'daily destination for Cunard's headline entertainment'.

The 'jewel in Cunard's suite of public venues', though, is the Queens Room, the 'flagship multipurpose event and lounge space, hosting everything from large group daytime activities to spectacular gala evening celebrations'.

Extra doses of rest and relaxation are distributed in a brand-new top-deck wellness studio.

Speaking ahead of the maiden voyage, Cunard added: 'Queen Anne will boast an elevated focus on health and wellbeing, with the widest selection of fitness, beauty, thermal and spa facilities so far seen on a Cunard ship.'

Cunard president Katie McAlister said: 'We are immensely proud of Queen Anne.

'Not only does she reflect the Cunard distinctive style on the outside, the inside perfectly echoes the brand heritage with reimagined, elegant spaces and designs.

'We can't wait to welcome guests on board for her maiden voyage.'

It comes after Gregg and his wife Anna welcomed their son Sid and shared that he had been diagnosed with autism almost two years ago.

Speaking about his wife with The Sun, Gregg said: 'She's got an autistic little boy, she's just lost her dad, she's got grown-up stepchildren and a workaholic husband. That girl is an absolute pillar of strength and I have nothing but admiration for her.'

After losing over four stone in 2022, Gregg Wallace has revealed that he wants to push his body even further.

The MasterChef star, 57, is on a mission to exercise his way to achieving the body of a 20-year-old.

And the Eat Well For Less? presenter has been set on being ultra-fit after his doctor warned him that his expanding waistline could cause a heart attack in 2017.

Gregg, who is 5ft 8in and weighed 16st 7lb at his heaviest, admitted that he was not happy when he was overweight so he knew he had to drop the pounds.

While he initially wanted to slim down for TV he is now doing it to make his body as youthful and fit as possible.

He told The Sun: 'But now it's, 'How fit can I actually get? Can I actually have the body of a 20-year-old at 60?'.

'I've done everything. I've done fasting, no carbs, low fat. You name it, I tried it.

'And yes, you can lose weight short-term, but it's really uncomfortable and you won't keep it up because you're horribly hungry and miserable all the time.'

He said that he found it much easier to sustain better eating when weaning himself off takeaways and poor food choices over time rather than cutting out drastic food groups overnight.

In 2021, he revealed his doctors previously warned him that if he didn't lose weight, he could have a heart attack.

He appeared onGood Morning Britain, to detail the stark warning he was given by medical professionals before he embarked on a healthier lifestyle and lost four stone.

He said: 'The doctor said you have huge cholesterol here, unless you do something you're going to have a heart attack.

'I went on a weight loss and fitness site and in there I tell you how I went from the guy on the left hand side of the screen [to the one on the right]. I'm 56 years old what do you think guys.'

Detailing healthy ways people can lose weight, he went on to say he doesn't 'believe in diets' as they're not sustainable.

He explained: 'Seriously for people I don't believe in diets, I don't believe in doing something you can't sustain, I don't believe in starving yourself three times a week.

'What I believe in is making positive steps in the right direction gradually, that way you move yourself into a healthy lifestyle. Listen to this carefully, you don't have to be uncomfortable and hungry to lose weight.'

In 2020 Gregg attributed his success to daily exercise and more home cookingafter 'making a conscious decision to cut down on fried food, sugar and booze'.

Gregg hit his goal weight in April of that year and has since been keen to help other people learn how to overhaul their life.

He wrote: '4 stone later. I want to help people be fitter n happier.'

Gregg first started losing weight in 2017 and said he was inspired to do so to keep up with his glamorous wife, Anna, who is 22 years his junior.

He told The Sun at the time: 'I made a conscious decision to cut down on fried and high sugar foods, as well as booze - which helped me lose weight.'

'When I was at my biggest I was having a daily fry up, fish and chips once per week, takeaway a couple more times and drinking beer nearly every day. At first, I felt like I was missing out. But my body got used to what I was giving it and yours will too.'

At the time he weighed less than 12 stone after shedding the pounds by overhauling his diet and fitness regime.

The presenter admitted he finds it much easier to 'make good choices' while he was in lockdown at his home in Kent.

Sharing a picture of his slim look, he wrote: 'just under 12 stone. Being at home 24/7 means good choices easier.'

Gregg has been documenting what he cooks on Instagram daily.

As well as keeping in shape for wife Anna, Gregg also said he wanted to be in good health for their baby Sid, four.

Speaking to Closer magazine, Gregg, who also has two grown-up children with ex-wife Denise, says his youngest child gave him the ultimate motivation to overhaul his physique.

He said: 'Having my baby boy made me want to be fit and strong. I can now go for long walks, which I wouldn't have been able to do before.'

The TV star married wife Anna in August 2016 at a luxurious ceremony in Hever Castle in Kent.

He said: 'Anne being younger than me was even more of an inspiration to be fit - you can have an old husband but she didn't have to have a fat, old husband.'

After dropping down to a slimmer size, Gregg keeps up his weight loss with regular work-outs five times a week.
