Razer cortex is not detecting or auto-boosting supported games such as Overwatch 2 or Valorant. Cortex does not detect these games being opened whenever I launch such games.

Before we start, please check and apply the following:
- The game you are playing is the official version, instead of a game with another third-party launcher.
- If you play games that require a launcher, the game and the launcher should be installed in the same folder.
- Razer Cortex is running on your PC before you launch the game.
- Your game is not added to “MY LIBRARY” manually. If you have added it by clicking on the “+” icon > “Add game”, you need to proceed to the game’s profile page and click on the “Settings” > “Remove”.
- The folderC:\ProgramData\Razer\GameManager3\Data\rzr_useridis deleted from your PC.
- Restart Razer Cortex and reinstall the game to the default position before attempting to rescan the game in Razer Cortex.
If this issue still persists after you applied the above methods, please provide us with your Razer Cortex logsvia PM.

We strongly suggest adding your game automatically to Razer Cortex with any method below:
- Click on the Refresh icon.
- Launch your game with Razer Cortex running in the background.
Adding a game manually will cause potential issues. Such as Razer Cortex cannot track the gameplay time correctly.
If the + icon is not working, please let us know. It may be a bug.

You know, the problem is , the refresh icon is alway turning in circles, it never stops and there is nothing in my cortex library and the + button is always gray.. which is invalid..

We assume this issue was caused by GMS.Please follow the below steps to restart ‘Razer Game Manager Service 3’:
• Exit Razer Cortex.
• Go to ‘Task Manager’ > ‘Services’.
• Right- click on ‘Razer Game Manager Service 3’ to Restart it.
• Re-launch Razer Cortex.
If this issue persists, please provide us with your Razer Cortex logs via PM for us to further investigate this issue.

HI, Michelle! There is no folderrzr_userid on my pc. How can i fix that. Where can i find this folder. Ialready reinstalled razer cortex, But it didnt help me.
