Why isn't my photo stream working on Roku? ›

Try removing the channel from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, add the channel back once more.

To obtain your Channel ID, access your Developer Dashboard and select the intended channel. Check the battery

My Photo Stream will be turned off automatically by itself if the battery is lower than 20%. This is one fixed feature of My Photo Stream, you can't change that. A low battery means My Photo Stream not working.
